Summer Farm Intern Application

Summer Farm Interns play a very important role at the Cable Community Farm. Every summer, 2 to 3 interns are hired to help further our mission of growing food and building community. On-site housing is provided in exchange for 10 hours of work each week. Interns may work an additional 10 to 20 hours each week at a rate of $12/hour. Interns are responsible for managing the Growing Together Garden, a large garden space where community volunteers grow organic produce for the local food pantry. Interns also work at the Cable Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and lead weekly farm tours. Opportunities to work in the Community Orchard, Community Vineyard, and beekeeping operation are also available. To apply, complete the  job application and send it via email to Katie Hancock at katie@cablecommunityfarm.org or via USPS at 13765 Perry Lake Road, Cable, WI  54821.
